Steve Bird - Animal Control: SCU Inker!

Work is underway on the next Animal Control: Special Creatures Unit story, "Feral," and we're pleased to announce that Steve Bird of Tsunami Studios will be joining as inker. Steve will be inking regular AC:SCU penciller Leandro Panganiban on the story.

To give you a taste of how perfectly these two artists complement each other, check out this Panda Dog sketch with pencils by Leandro and inks by Steve.

You may know Steve from his work for DC Comics on titles such as Robin, Blue Beetle, and Hunter: The Age of Magic from Vertigo.

Preview Pages - Animal Control: Special Creatures Unit

We're pleased to present the first three pages of "Breeding Stock," the Animal Control: Special Creatures Unit story that will be appearing in the Tales from the Comics Experience anthology coming in April 2010. The story is written by Rob Anderson, penciled and inked by Leandro Panganiban, and with lettering and logo design by E.T. Dollman.
